We offer flexible shipping options to cater to your needs in Mumbai. Here’s a detailed overview of our Mumbai shipping process:
1.1 Same Day Shipping
- Availability: To check if Mumbai same day shipping is available in your area, please enter your pincode. With our express delivery option, you can get your hands on your favorite mithai in no time!
- Delivery Time:
- Orders placed between 11 am and 6 pm IST are eligible for same day delivery.
- Same day orders are typically fulfilled within 3 hours of the order being placed.
- Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on your area and distance.
Note: The 3-hour delivery timeframe is approximate and may vary based on factors such as traffic and order volume.
1.2 Pre-Order Shipping
- Availability: To check if Mumbai pre-order shipping is available in your area, please enter your pincode during checkout. We offer pre-order delivery within the municipal limits of Mumbai, Thane, and Navi Mumbai.
- Scheduling: You can select a delivery date from our calendar during checkout.
- Time Slots: Choose from two convenient time slots:
- 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM IST or 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM IST
- Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on your area and distance.
2.0 Items Out Of Stock
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
3.0 Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
4.0 Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
5.0 Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.
6.0 Cancellations
Due to the perishable nature of our food items we do not offer cancellations once an order has been placed.
